Participants were introduced to Jobs Queensland’s Workforce Planning Connect toolkit and workbook, which offer tangible support to undertake a workforce planning process.

The Re-examining future work: The place of lifelong learning and preparing small business webinar provided overviews of Jobs Queensland’s Lifelong learning: The foundation of future work and Future work for small business: Skills, capabilities and potential report.
The webinar also examined how the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated and impacted some of the key themes and findings from Jobs Queensland’s 2019 report, Future work, future jobs: Preparing Queensland for the evolution of work.
