Jobs Queensland and Queensland Farmers’ Federation (QFF) are preparing a five-year plan to respond to the major issues experienced by the state’s agriculture industry while anticipating future workforce demand.
A number of industry workshops were hosted across the state throughout 2021 to shape the priorities of the Queensland Agriculture workforce plan, including Dalby, Nambour, Boonah. Atherton, Ayr and Emerald.
Key findings from research and industry consultation are currently being considered as the plan is developed.
