Queensland’s unprecedented workforce demand has brought into focus the need to connect, educate and attract the right people into the right jobs.
Jobs Queensland was proud to support the Reimagining Workforce 2023 event in Brisbane on 17 May, and host Masterclass C: Ideas into action – supporting your business.
As Jobs Queensland Board Chair, I had the opportunity to facilitate the session, alongside Diversity Australia and University of the Sunshine Coast, where we guided attendees through practical ideas, actions and tools to build sustainable, agile and flexible workforce.

Jobs Queensland’s Workforce Planning Connect resources were showcased as a ready to use tool that helps guide employers through the workforce planning process. I encourage all business owners to use these resources to help get the workforce they need to support the future of their business.
